We have started from the beginning by increasing our vegan and gluten free range, using all gluten free certified products and making in house as much produces as possible, over the years we have developed vegan notella, vegan mozzarella, vegan sausages, gluten free pizza dough, gluten free savoiardi biscuits, vegan and gluten free tiramisu and many more...
We have helped push veganism and awareness for gluten free in the industry by getting our home-made products available to others. In 2018 we became the first pizza shop accredited by Coeliac Australia in the whole Australia, opening the doors to many more pizza shops to follow with the procedures and standards we help to set (gluten free means NO gluten, a tiny bit is not ok!)
We want our gluten free customers, coeliacs or not, to eat without worries!
